- All members agree when using this website that they have a clean criminal record unless related to driving charges
- All members have to be over the age of 18
- All member agree to use this website if they have not been bankrupt within the last 3 years.
- By clicking on a single day you agree that you have the item/asset for 23hurs and if clicking on more than one day in a row you get to hold onto or dwell for the total of 24hurs in that day
- We reserve the right of cancelling your membership without any reason given.
- Asset companions is only a website to create interactions with people who own assets and people who would like to use these assets and take no liability on any interactions and financial loss or gain that happens due to meeting on this website
- Every member agrees to comply with the rules set down by the asset owner.
- Every member needs to promise to use someone else's goods as if it were his or her owns.
- Asset companions takes no liability on lost or damaged goods and any financial gain or loss that happens between two members using Assetcompanions.co.nz We do strongly recommend having the correct insurance to cover you in the event of damaged or lost assets/items.
- Every member agrees to pay the asset owner the agreed amount and Asset Companions takes no liability on the transfer of money between the users of Assetcompanions.co.nz
- We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time giving notice to you of these changes
- Any post of threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, inappropriate or indecent material are not permitted and can lead you to having your membership deactivated.
- All members agree not to mislead, defraud or harm any other members using Asset Companions
- All members agree not to send spam, marketing emails, pyramid schemes, viruses or harmful software through to other members on the website and off in any form,
- You agree that the user that registers in one membership is the only user that membership.
- All members agree to follow the New Zealand law in relation to renting an item/assets out to another member. This may mean having a COF for a motorvechile
- All member agree to follow the New Zealand law in relation to renting an item/asset off another member. This may mean not driving under the inflence or having illegal drugs while driving a motorvechile.
- If at any time you would like to report another member for not returning items/assets, abuseif behaviour, threatening behaviour, misleading please contact us at ContactUs@Assetcompanions.co.nz
